It’s central to everywhere in a safe neighbourhood.
A person who works or at study paying their way. Not someone who opens the windows while leaving the heating on and thinks someone will clear up their mess in the kitchen, bathroom or toilet. Your room is yours alone. The requirement is lone female so that the other flatmate who has been here for a long time is comfortable. The rooms are at opposite ends of the flat so you have your space. The kitchen, bathroom & toilet are separately between you. It is used to playing piano & guitar quietly certainly not too early or late & sound travels across the courtyard. People are friendly & it needs to stay that way. The room has been used to an artist & you may wish to paint the walls to suit you. It’s as it is because it’s a home not a hotel & you will hopefully make it yours.
