Large Room Available In Beautiful and Central Flat

Hi there,

I have a spacious, partly-furnished room available in my flat in Bloomsbury, about five minutes walk from Kings Cross and St. Pancras stations and a short walk or cycle from Soho and the West End. The building is on a quiet street in a historical area with beautiful old buildings, and access to three resident-only courtyard gardens. Marchmont Street is around the corner which is full of cute coffee shops and book stores as well as a large shopping area for food and other bits.

There is no shared living room in the flat but the kitchen is big with space to eat and hang out. The room is available for a reliable, trustworthy, and considerate person. I have lovely neighbours but they are mostly elderly and I would like to make sure that whoever moves in takes the party elsewhere!

About me: I'm a friendly and social freelance creative in the midst of a big move which means that a) you will mostly have the place to yourself and b) the room is likely available for a maximum of six months.

PLEASE NOTE: The flat's layout will very occasionally limit kitchen access (not often at all!), and we don't have wifi (and can't install it), hence the cheap rent for the area.
