Friendly professional female wanted! We (Aimee & Eugenia) have a lovely double room available in our new Bloomsbury/King’s Cross flat from Nov 1st.
The Vibe: We're creating a friendly, respectful, and clean home. We love a social chat or a spontaneous plan, but we’re also independent and value our own space. Having friends over etc. is fine, hybrid WFH is also fine
The Flat:
- Room: Bright double, furnished (bed, wardrobe, desk).
- Location: Incredible location approx. 4 mins to King’s Cross, quiet street, central to everything. Basically the whole of central is within walking distance!
- Flat: Spacious, with a large living area and a gorgeous, sunny communal courtyard! This also has bike storage.
- Tenancy: 1-year contract, join us on the tenancy. High likelihood we’d be able to renew after a year
About Us:
Aimee: 26, Architectural Consultant (hybrid role). Enjoys exploring the city, cinema trips, coffee shop and pub trips, spin classes.
Eugenia: 29, works in Management Consulting. Enjoys cooking, catching up with friends, and a chat. Sociable but respects everyone’s space, and likes to keep a clean and comfortable home.
We’re looking for someone with similar work situation/lifestyle: a clean, responsible professional who’s friendly and warm. Must be ready to sign soon, provide references, and pay an £800 deposit. Must also be willing to take a bill in their name (we will split them all equally but makes it fairer to share the cost each month)
Allow up to £150pcm for bills (likely will be less)
