Lovely room available in Holborn

Hellooooo!
I’m renting out a double room as my current flatmate is moving back home sadly.

This is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom flat — compact but perfect for two people, and the available room is surprisingly spacious. We’ve lived here for a year and honestly have no complaints. The location couldn’t be better: right in central London with everything you need close by.
The only downsides to mention are:
-No microwave
-No dryer
-No dishwasher
And no space to add them either(Just in case those are your deal-breakers!)

We’re looking for someone to take over the room from February, though the move-in date can be slightly flexible if needed.

Monthly bills are around £150-180 per person.

🎈A bit about me:
I’m originally from Taiwan and this is my fifth year living in England. I work at a marketing agency and am usually 3 days in the office / 2 days WFH. I do dog sitting when I work from home so i hope I can find somebody that’s okay with that 😌🐶

In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, gym, salsa classes, and catching up with friends. I’m easy-going, tidy, love having cute brunch just as much as a few Friday-night drinks:)

I’m looking for a flatmate who’s happy to share day-to-day responsibilities and keep the place feeling like a home for each other. Respecting each other’s space is really important. Ideally will like to have somebody enjoy spending time tgt as much as having their own space.

Visitors are absolutely welcome — as long as the flatmate’s routine is respected.
