Sublet: Large Double Bedroom w Balcony Central Ldn

Subletting an excellent room from February 17 to March 5.

It is the largest bedroom in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat and has a private balcony. The flat is on a quiet street between Angel (8min walk) and King's Cross (14min walk). The kitchen is large and equipped, we have a lovely living room with a large sofa and dinner table, and there's a private laundry room as well as a lovely communal garden.

You will be staying with two friendly, quiet and clean professionals in their early-mid twenties. They're great guys and easy to get along with.

After bills are factored in, the room comes out to £1,650 per month typically. so I am offering a lower price to sublet at £364 on a weekly basis (discounted rate).
