Spacious double bedroom w/ balcony in Central Ldn

Subletting an excellent room from Dec 22 to Jan 10.

It is the largest bedroom in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat and has a private balcony. The flat is on a quiet street between Angel (8min walk) and King's Cross (14min walk). The kitchen is large and equipped, there's a private laundry room as well as a lovely communal garden.

You will be staying with two friendly, quiet and clean guys in their early-mid twenties. They're great people and easy to get along with! One is from Italy, the other is French and Australian.

After bills are factored in, the room comes out to £1,650 per month typically. so I am offering a lower price to sublet at £375 on a weekly basis.
