Beautiful Sunny Room in Bloomsbury

We are looking for someone to join from early January 2026.

LOCATION
Beautiful sunny room in Bloomsbury, right on the corner of Soho and Covent Garden. The location is genuinely perfect- as it is tucked into a residential square, you don't have the noise of the city, but Tottenham Court Road tube station is a 3-minute walk away. Being in central London doesn't get any more picturesque or perfect than this!

THE BEDFORD COURT MANSIONS
There is an elevator in the building (as well as a wide, sweeping staircase). The neighbours are a mix of families, students, and the elderly. There are two keys - one to the apartment building and one to the flat.

FLATMATES
We are looking for someone kind, clean, conscientious, and fun. Both of us are working in the city. We enjoy having drinks/dinners together (but not a party flat).

THE FLAT
The flat is carpeted, furnished, and beautiful. The walls feature old artwork. There are three bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a fully-equipped kitchen. There is a flatscreen TV.

YOUR ROOM
The bedroom includes desk and chair, two wardrobes, double bed, and shelves built-in to a cubby in the wall.
Two windows overlook an internal courtyard.

OTHER
The rent will be 1250 per month.
Bills run usually about 100-120GBP per month, in addition to the rent. All furniture, kitchenware, etc. are included. There is also a cleaning lady come to clean the flat every two weeks.

The landlady is also very kind and lives in Dublin, and is responsive to messages. We have been living in the flat for a few years and have built very good relationship with the landlady’s family.
