I am looking for a friendly, considerate weekday lodger (Monday–Friday only) to rent a furnished small double room in my home.

This would suit a London-based professional who needs a calm, comfortable base during the working week. All bills are included.

This is a quiet, respectful household and would suit someone who values peace after work. Professionals only — not suitable for students or weekend stays.

The room is a small double, light, comfortable, and fully furnished, with shared use of a clean, well-kept kitchen and bathroom.

I keep a tidy, relaxed home and am looking for someone who naturally does the same and is mindful of shared spaces.

Exceptionally well located — within a 5-minute walk of King’s Cross, around 10 minutes to St Pancras / Eurostar, and close to Coal Drops Yard,
The Brunswick Centre
Russell Square, and Euston.
The City of London and the West End are both easily accessible, with excellent transport links and local amenities.

Monday–Friday occupancy only (no weekends).
