University of London hall - large single room

I am looking for a replacement student for my room in a University of London intercollegiate hall.

• Single room in a shared flat
• Official university accommodation (contract directly with the hall)
• Available from February / March (flexible)
• Contract until September(with possible extension by the hall)
• Suitable for full-time students at London-based universities only

This is not a sublet – the new tenant will sign a contract directly with the accommodation provider.
