Hi everyone, I'm looking for students at publicly funded universities (UCL, KCL, LSE, SOAS, etc.) to take over my tenancy ASAP at UoL (University of London) Intercollegiate halls.

Details:

• Room type: Townhouse single (Self - Catered)
• Hall Name: Garden Halls (1 Cartwright Gardens, London, WC1H 9EN)
• Contract end date: 29th August 2026
• Nightly rate: £46.53 per night (£325.71 per week) - All inclusive (WiFi, Water, Electricity)
• Deposit: £500

Eligibility:

• Must be a full-time student
• Must be studying at a publicly funded London university
• Must take over the remaining contract
• Must be able to pass the UoL eligibility check

Additional Info:
• This is a townhouse-style room with a shared kitchen and living space.
• This is a formal contract transfer processed through the University of London Housing Office.
• The toilet is shared with one other student (male)
