Hi, Im Linn. My situation is a bit desperate, I need to find a replacement of my former flatmate of my flat before 29th June it was let into the market again.
Bout the flat:
An 2b1b in an amazing location, all bills included excluding WiFi and council.
Suitable for students of UCL/KCL/SOAS
I been living in the smaller bedroom and planning to remain, so finding another student to take the bigger bedroom. How we spilt the bill can be discussed later.
Bout me:
Im from Malaysia, because Im an international student, I need to pay a guarantor service to secure the property.
I dont smoke, cook a lot, and mostly quiet in my room. In the foreseeable future I won't bring anyone over.
I hope you:
-A female student
-can bring friends over and stay overnigh, but just ask me beforehand
-no males allow to be brought over
-clean, maintain public area tidiness, communicative with problems
