I'm looking for a replacement tenant for the **smaller double bedroom with its own private bathroom** in a lovely **2-bedroom apartment** in **WC1B 5JH**.

Rent = 1500 PCM + Bills (To be paid 6 month upfront)
Minimum stay = 6 months

The Flat

* 2-bedroom apartment
* Open-plan kitchen/living area
* Wooden flooring throughout
* Second floor
* Bright with lots of natural light
* Fully fitted kitchen
* Walking distance to **Holborn** and **Russell Square** stations
* Close to two beautiful garden squares

The Room

* Private bathroom
* Bed frame, bedside tables, chair, wadrobe
* Might have to purchase your own mattress

Looking for someone who:

* Is tidy, clean and respectful of shared spaces as we keep the place very tidy and get a cleaner once a month
* Is happy with a cook coming to the flat **every Monday from 11am–4pm**, during which the kitchen won't be available.
* Ideally works from the office or attends university - 2–3 days a week**, as I work from home most of the week
* Is sociable but appreciates a peaceful home environment.
* Is comfortable with us both having friends or partners over occasionally (I am fairly flexible on this as long as they are respectful and friendly, I have a bf who comes over a few nights a week but mostly stays in my room), I stay over over his place most weekends and travel so you might have the house to yourself a few night a week perhaps

* Genuinely excellent landlord who is responsive and easy to deal with.
* Friendly, social neighbours (including a summer residents' party!), we have a group chat and do drinks together once in a while
* Great location with cafés, restaurants, parks and central London all within walking distance.

Move in date: 20th Sept 2026, subject to appropriate referencing by landlord
Bills: All bills are set up and come to around 150 pp every month

Me: fairly social, LSE Grad, work in strategy consulting so am quite busy M-F, also like my quiet time but also happy to host drinks/dinner together/hang out! 27, Indian
