A spare bed in a twin room suitable for a male at Woburn Place student accommodation is available to move into ASAP. I'm the current tenant but I'll be moving out (having found somewhere closer to Imperial College). The room is in a building managed by Unite.

Location is perfect for students attending UCL, SOAS, Hult, LSE, Westminster, and the other universities in the area and is only 3 minutes walk from Russell Square station.

The room is a twin room and will be shared with a third year undergraduate. Each person in the shared room has a single bed, desk, chair, wardrobe. You also get your own TV! The room is ensuite and has a shower. Rent is £199pw which includes broadband access (wired and wireless) and all other bills.

The halls have a large study room, common room, laundry facilities, bike storage, CCTV & secure swipe card access, communal kitchens shared between 8 students, and 24/7 security desk.
