Bloomsbury Mews House

Hello! I live in a wonderful mews house in Bloomsbury, Holborn. I am renting out a cosy single room (available 11th August, £850). A little bit about me: I'm a doctor, currently transitioning careers, and engaging in medical research.

A bit about the house. The house was refurbished in 2011, and once again in 2015 when an extra ensuite loft room was built on the 2nd floor. The house has some nice features e. g. a wood-burning stove, a bookshelf that spans 2 floors, and some fancy ones e. g. sky light window, tv in the bathrooms, built-in home cinema surround sound system, and a lovely kitchen island unit. The bedrooms are modern, well decorated and furnished with contemporary and vintage furniture. I would want the housemates to make the bedroom their own, by putting their own stamp on it (should he/she want to of course!). The living room, kitchen and dining area is open planned, and the house has a large internal garage room that’s been recently converted into a bedroom. The garage room is also handy for extra storage space. There are 5 housemates currently. The communal areas are cleaned once per week.

The single bedroom is cosy and well furnished. There is antique wardrobe and a bookshelf. The bed and mattress are new.. Overall this single room is decorated to a high standard, and I plan to add in a small fridge, should you want one and a TV/Projector soon. The rental price includes all bills.

Ideally, the future housemate would be happy to chill and chat on the sofas with a glass of something. We are seeking a personable, clean and tidy housemate, and someone who is happy to chop, if I dare to cook...
