Gorgeous flat in a historic building, full of character and period features, with great views - the normal response on walking in is, "Wow!". :) Terrible phone photos don't do it justice. Quiet part of Bloomsbury in a garden square a short walk from lively Fitzrovia and Soho. Ideal for SOAS, UCL, Gt Ormond St, University College Hospital, etc. Just over 5 minutes walk to Euston station, a few minutes more to Russell Sq, Goodge St or Euston Square tubes (ten minutes by tube to the City).

The area is quiet and green, and a short walk from the liveliness of Fitzrovia or Soho, with plenty of cafes, shops and restaurants, as well as the Brunswick Centre. Your space is almost self-contained: only the bathroom is shared (with two clean, considerate people), and is kept very clean.

Your room is large (4.5m x 4m), with high ceilings, huge windows and neutral decor. The room has a built in wardrobe/closet, and an expensive, super comfy superking bed with storage drawers. Comfy armchair, fireplace. Optional desk/chair.

You have a mini-fridge, microwave and coffee/tea maker in your room, but the only shared space is the bathroom. Most people eat out/microwave cook...it's not suitable for someone with cooking as a major hobby.

The bathroom shower has powerful water pressure. A nice deep bath, too, and never-ending hot water.

It's a minimum of a 6-month contract starting 22nd September, please...there is some flexibility for a slightly earlier or later start date. :)

Your two flatmates are both funny and friendly, but London-busy and out a lot (and Jo travels a fair bit, especially at weekends). We will occasionally have movie nights, or socialise together outside the flat, and often snatch a tea and a chat at home, but mainly come home to recharge our batteries. If you're new in town, happy to introduce you to lots of people. :)
