Historical building, cleaner comes in for communal space on a daily basis.
all bills are included, fast broadband, I have an Nespresso machine you can use as well. You are free to use the big kitchen/dinning room, and there are 3 bathrooms inside the house. nice view.
The room is spacious for a single person, south facing, very quiet and cosy. current flatmates are 4 young professionals. Although it is in a shared house the room is quite private and individual as rooms are on different floors and let separately by agency.
Only letting because I don't want to lose it when I'm back.
