International is also insanely close.

You'll be sharing with me, my partner Luke and our clean, affectionate fully trained French Bulldog called Hodge. After 16 years working in the City I left head up an arts program based at Somerset House enabling people on a low income to buy original art and now head up Corporate Philanthropy at Historic England. My partner Luke is an artist currently at Central St Martins.

Your double bedroom is a decent size, one wall is glass with blinds, and neutral decor. There's a new bed/mattress and good sized wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers etc. The bedroom also has direct access to a 2nd private side terrace.

You will have sole and exclusive use of the modern family bathroom/shower with a nice bath and storage which is immediately next to your bedroom.

The living room is big and comfortable - the corner sofa is 3 metres long, so plenty of room for relaxing. The 60" flatscreen TV has Sky, Apple TV, Netflix, Prime etc. Fast, unlimited wireless broadband internet. Living room/kitchen lighting, sound system and fountain on the terrace. The terrace is ideal for chilling out with a book/drink after a busy day at work.

Fully equipped modern kitchen...dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, built-in appliances, microwave, waste disposal, all the usual stuff. Dining table seats 6 although with so many restaurants on the doorstep it's not used as much as it should be.

A sunny terrace with table, chairs and gas Webber BBQ leads off the living room/round to the bedrooms and looks over town. Crane your head and you can see the British Museum 30 seconds walk away.
