Fully furnished room in Paramount Court

We are looking for 2 flatmates to share with two other doctors in a flat in Paramount Court, University street. The rooms are fully furnished with double bed, desk and has ample storage space. The flat has excellent links to the tube and to national rail (2 mins walking distance to Warren St and Euston Sq, and 5 mins walk to London Euston). There is a private porter in the building for security available daily.
The rent is inclusive of hot water, heating and broad band. Electricity and council tax are shared between the three tenants.
We are ideally looking for a professional, but students are also welcome. We would like to live with a clean, friendly and quiet flatmate who is a non-smoker. Pets are not allowed in the building or in the flats.
