The flat is located on the second floor of a small private mansion block in a charming Bloomsbury street between Russell Square, Euston, St Pancras, King's Cross and Euston Square Stations. Walking distance to the City and West End. Close to University College London and the British Library. The street has been used many times as shooting location for historical films.

The flat is quiet even though it is very centrally located. The building is solidly built, and the flat is warm in winter and cool in the summer in itself. Therefore energy bills can be kept low if people are conscientious and not wasteful in the use of heating and hot water. We share these utility bills and Council Tax and comes to about £100 per person per month.

This advertisement is for a single professional though the room is double in size. This is to replace a female flat mate vacating the room. Must be non-smoking and able to keep the shared spaces clean and tidy. The block has an intimate and calm character. We are sociable and friendly people, but also appreciate the quiet atmosphere of the flat where any one of us can have a good rest whenever needing it. We share a good sized kitchen/dining room, preference is for people who do simple and healthy rather than heavy and greasy cooking. There is a bathroom and two WC's.
