Marylebone - 2 beds 2 baths apartment

I’m looking for someone to take over my Marylebone sublet anytime from end of July to 24th September (with potential to extend the stay and enter the agency rent contract afterwards).

I unfortunately can’t keep this sublet as I had a last minute work opportunity to work abroad during this period.

The rent is £1,700 per month including bills (except council taxes).

You will be in the most central location next to Marylebone High Street, benefiting from a bedroom with your own bathroom as well.

~10min Jubilee (bond street / baker street)

~10min Elisabeth Line (bond street)

My roommate is a French law student. Please note that she will leave her room for 4 months (Sep to Dec) and sublet to an LBS student during that time
