Large room available! 3 beds flat with living room

Hello :)

We have one large room available from October( flexible with dates), with lots of storage in a 3 bedrooms flat with a living room and a balcony !

There's one toilet and a separate bathroom and a nice size kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine/dryer.
(** The kitchen, bathroom and toilet have just been renovated- so everything is brand new),The living room is quite large for London.

You will be sharing the flat with us, 2 young professionals, (30yo and 32yo) speaking English and French😉.

We are friendly and social, (we do like to party but we keep the party outside the flat. ( not a party flat). we're enjoy doing things together but also respectful of privacy.

We're very respectful and woudl like to find someone similar.
Location: 3 min walk from Borough station.
14 min walk from London Bridge.
Sainsbury Local 1 min walk, Lidl 12 min walk.
Amazing pub around the corner.
