A hidden and magical place

The room you are looking at is in a listed building with court yard and balcony, built in 1898 in Zone 1. From here you can walk in 10 mins to the Tate Modern, to the Southbank Centre and to the Thames. Regarding tube stations, we have Southwark nearest, but also Borough and Waterloo very close. I am living fulltime, with my 8 year old little son 3 days per week. I unfortunately do not have a shared living room. The place is unique and also very quiet, and most neighbours are knowing each other. I would ideally like someone gentle and kind, a student or academic who can appreciate the envirnonment. A German speaker would be great for my son, but this is not essential. The room will be available from mid March.
