The flat is a 3 bedroom maisonette in a converted Victorian terrace. It's a really good size for 3 people; there's a spacious living room with bay windows that opens onto a huge modern kitchen with built in dishwasher and microwave and plenty of storage. The bathroom is big and will only be shared with one other person as one of the rooms is ensuite. There's also a washer dryer with handy space to hang clothes to dry. Finally there's a big balcony that gets the sun all afternoon!

The room is a good sized double with bedside table, underbed drawers, 3 door wardrobe, set of drawers and huge shelves. It's a really nice bright room with enough space for extra pieces of furniture such as a decent sized desk - which if you're working from home is amazing!

You'll be sharing the flat with myself and another lovely girl. We are both professionals working in the city. We enjoy traveling, cooking, and going out for dinner and cocktails. We also enjoy staying in with a glass of wine and a good movie. We are looking for someone social and tidy who would like to be part of our friendly household.

The flat is situated between Borough and Elephant and Castle. Southwark station and Waterloo are also within a ten minute walk. It's also ideal for commuting to the city - around 30 minutes walk or you have the Northern, Bakerloo and Jubilee lines on your doorstep.

The rent is £880 not including bills and it's available from the end of November.
