We are on the lookout for two new housemates to replace two housemates as they fly the nest.

The flat has 4 bedrooms, with 2 other friendly occupants, with: shared kitchen, living room (with action shots included) and two bathrooms (one shower).

Room 1: £685 pcm (Excl Bills)
Room 2: £665 pcm (Excl Bills)
Bills ≈ £30 pcm (+ Council tax-- depending on student status)
Deposit= £665

Zone 1 -- 1 min walk to Guy’s campus/Borough Station/Tesco’s & ≈5 min walk to London Bridge/Bigger shops. Really can't stress that is possibly one of the most convenient places to live in London!
