We are looking for a new housemate to join us in a newly refurbished 4 bedroom house located less than 2-minutes walk from Borough Station and 10 minutes from London Bridge and Borough Market.
The house:
In addition to the excellent location, the house has been designed with a four-person house share in mind. There are two kitchens, each with its own fridge freezer (so one between two). Each room comes with its own ensuite or private bathroom.
The house is a great space for socialising, with a bar area in the living room, a conservatory and a garden area.
The rooms:
You get two rooms! One is a small with a double bed and a tv. The second room is next door and is a large double with your ensuite, a wardrobe and tall chest of drawers. There's also an extra space for a desk and another tv and a place to hang out. You could put a dressing table in there if you want, there's loads of space for storage.
You:
We are looking for an easy-going, sociable housemate who will help keep the house clean and tidy but also make use of the space with us. We spend a fair amount of time hanging out in the house but also go out and visit the local bars and restaurants. We are LGBT+ friendly.
Bills are separate and at the moment are coming to around £115 pcm each. Council Tax Band G. Due to referencing requirements, you will need to have an income of £35,000 or higher.
