En-suite room in 2-bed flat in London Bridge area

Hello!

My flatmate is going to leave the apartment by 4 March and am looking for someone to replace him in this gorgeous, perfectly located flat in Borough/ London Bridge area.

The flat is perfectly located, within 2 min from Borough tube and 8 min from London Bridge, in a new-built house 1st floor (we do have an elevator though) and comes fully furnished. it has a huge fully equiped kitchen and shared living room area with 2 small balconies, hence - loads of natural light! There is no TV, but I have a vinyl player instead and am thinking of getting a projector for movie nights :)

While, the flat is managed by the agency, we have a direct contact with a landlady, who is super helpful. There is also a great handyman who is always within easy reach and saved us multiple times, so we're all sorted here.

The room available is a double en-suite room with loads of storage room and a separate individual bathroom. You could also squeeze in a small desk in your bedroom, if you choose to (although i prefer keeping mine in the living room since I have a smaller bedroom).

Bills are not included and come at 150-200pm each.

From my end, i'm a 28 year-old professional working in M&A Strategy advisory firm in City. I tend to work long hours and mainly from home (trying to go 1-2 pw to the office, yet omicron is ruining my plans), hence Mon-Thu I am not really in a party mode. However, over the weekends I do love going out (massive foodie!) or host dinners or wine tasting evenings at home (finally kicking off with WSET3 diploma this Feb!).

I like keeping the flat clean and not treating it as a party place, but rather a cozy home and place to relax (or work - thanks WFH!). i would hope to meet someone similar too!
