I am looking for a flatmate from 15th April (+/- 1 week) as my flatmate is moving out after 5 years. The room is a private en-suite double bedroom in Borough with lots of storage, a lovely living room and in a prime location.

Bright, quiet bedroom with en-suite private bathroom
Fits double bed and desk (perfect if working from home) with plenty of storage space
Available furnished or unfurnished
Bathroom has LOVELY underfloor heating

2 bed, 2 bath flat
Washing machine, dishwasher
Open-plan kitchen / living area
Living area is very bright with large windows
Building has CCTV in the entry
Secure entry area for packages
Building has a lift
Very friendly neighbours

Location:
4 mins walk to Borough Station (Northern line)
8 mins walk to Elephant & Castle Station (Bakerloo, Northern)
2 mins walk to Mercato Metropolitano
Buses directly into Shoreditch, the City & Victoria (35, 343, 21, N10)
Multiple supermarkets, gyms, bars within 5 mins walk
15 mins walk to Tate Modern, London Bridge, Borough Market, 20mins to the city

Flatmate:
I’m Stefan (31 y/o from Austria, working in insurance the City). I’m fairly laid back, like to keep fit, explore London on the weekends, and am always up for a pint. I’m looking for a flatmate who is clean and tidy and enjoys a relaxed, friendly, family-like vibe. Ideally, you’d split your time between working from home and the office (not purely WFH).

Bills: ca £250
Rent: £1050 per flatmate
Bi-weekly cleaner (optional): £45 per month per person
