This 3-bedroom duplex in Borough is part of a quiet building with parking space.

We're advertising a double room with a shared bathroom (with 1 flatmate only) for short term from 12th of January to the 6th of February.

BILLS INCLUDED: Water, council tax, Internet, gas, electricity, cleaning lady

WHERE

The flat is in an excellent location! It is less than a 2 min walk from Borough underground station (Northern line) and 10 min walk from London Bridge station (trains, northern and jubilee line) There are also plenty of buses (direct to the city, Shoreditch, etc,) in front of the building.
It’s also a 3 min walk from Mercato Metropolitano and 10 min walk from Flat Iron Square and there are 2 Tescos and 1 Sainsbury’s less than 5 min walk from the flat.

WHO

We, María (30) and Jesus (29) are the current flatmates. We are friendly working professionals who enjoy cooking, travelling, chilling and going out with friends. We are clean and respectful and looking for someone who is happy to socialise and be part of the house but also happy to do their own thing.

THE ROOM

We are currently advertising 1 DOUBLE ROOM with:
- Double bed
- Bedside table
- A wardrobe
- Chest of drawers


THE COMMON SPACE

Our common space is made up of:
- A FULLY FITTED KITCHEN with appliances (2 ovens, microwave, pots & pans, plates & cutlery, kettle, DISHWASHER, fridge and plenty of cupboards)
- A SPACIOUS LIVING ROOM with a dining table, 2 couches

WHEN

The room should be available from the 12th of January to the 6th of February (my current flatmate is buying a flat and moving out on the 10/11th of January and we are subletting the room until the end of the contract).
