JUNE 17th 2024 - Double room London Bridge 😊

Room available from June 17th 2024 - this date is not changeable(!!). Flat is in a great location and is newly refurbished. Very close to Borough and London Bridge tube.

Looking for another gally to move into our lovely flat for 1 year from June 17th.. (we need a new housemate agreed with our estate agents in the next few weeks for your June move in to be approved by the way!)

About us ☺️ .. Looking for another female to join myself and Alisa in our flat in London Bridge. I work in tech sales and Alisa is a dentist. We are easy going and like to go out on the weekends after a busy week at work at our 9-5’s but often are up until 11/12pm working/ getting back from work doo’s! Alisa also works Saturdays sometimes so we want someone to respect that too!

Preferably want someone that has similar schedules so we don’t disrupt each other. You would have to sign up for 1 year but we have option to change sharer every 3 months if you want to move out in that time.

Important (and boring 🥲) info:

Please note our estate agents require you earn over 34k per year, or.. if you don’t earn that you can still rent, but you must have a supporting guarantor, and this person has to be a UK homeowner earning over £37k a year (these terms are mandatory for guarantors annoyingly!)

Bills are around 100 a month
