Short Sublet | Double Room In Cozy Home (Zone 1)

Hello,

I'm looking for someone to sublet my room between 8th of November and 28th of January- preferable someone looking to stay a minimum of 1 month. (Girls only!)

You'll be sharing this 2 bed flat with an amazing girl called Zekal, she is super nice and friendly! She works most days from the office and love to explore the city during the weekends and watch series after a long day at work.

/// THE HOME

The flat is a lovely two bedroom flat, with shared living room, decent size kitchen, one bathroom and a separate toilet. We also have a small "balcony" which are great for some fresh air, meals and smoke if you are a smoker.

We have a very cozy living room with a sofa that turns into a bed (for those movie nights), big TV (inc netflix, disney plus, prime video), a dining table, plants and a garden view.

///THE BEDROOM

It's a large double bedroom with a nice view of the back garden and you can also see The Shard !

The room is fully furnished and contains:
- 1x double bed
- 2x wardrobes (new bigger wardrobe with mirror doors! Updated photos coming soon!)
- 1x bedside table
- 1x desk & chair
- 1x vanity
- 2x plants!

The flat is really well located and I usually walk to places - even after a night out!

- 5 min walk from Elephant and Castle Station (Bakerloo & Northern Line)
- 7 min walk from Borough Station (Northern Line)
- 15 min walk from London Bridge (Jubilee, Northern, National Rail)
- 20 min walk from Waterloo Station (Bakerloo, Northern, Jubilee, Waterloo & City, National Rail)
- <5 min walk to numerous bus options
