I'm a 30 yo professional working in Central London and I am looking for a flatmate to share a 2 bedroom flat near Borough station, 11 minutes walk from Borough Market and 15 minutes walk from the Tate Modern museum and London Bridge.
It's a 77 square meters apartment with an open plan kitchen/lounge, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and a balcony. It has been furnished and redecorated in 2021. The council tax is not included in the rent and should be £95.50 each. The heating is included with the electricity bill as there is no gas to pay for in the apartment, as well as water which is included in the rent.
