Great double room 5 mins walk from Southwark tube

Hi! I’m looking for someone to rent my spare room for 6 months maximum. Happy to discuss a shorter stay, and other arrangements such as Monday to Friday.

It’s a zone 1 location - 5-minute walk to Southwark, 10-15 minutes’ to London Bridge, Waterloo, Blackfriars and Borough stations, and a short walk to the Southbank.

The flat has been recently repainted. The available room is a good size double, with a chest of drawers, clothes rail and storage space. The open plan kitchen/living area leads to the balcony, providing lots of natural light due to the large sliding doors.

I’m a professional working from home, so ideally would prefer someone who does not work from home every day. In my free time, I go to the gym, cinema, cycle, meet with friends.

The flat is on the third floor, without a lift. There is a secure back area to lock bikes, if needed. Overall, the block is very secure and quiet, with 6 flats in total.

The rent includes bills. Happy to answer any additional questions pre-viewing.
