Fully furnished.

There are three bedrooms. 2 large bedrooms (c.4x3m) and 1 smaller bedroom (c3x2.5m).

£870/m, + c. £130ish a month for bills (energy, water, council tax, wifi+bt sport+sky, TV license). Contract would be joint. Managed by a letting agency on behalf of the landlord (we are both tenants).

Location is very good - <5 walk from Borough station (on the eastern branch of the Northern line), <10 minute walk from London Bridge, 20 minute walk from Waterloo. 10 minute walk from Borough Market, and an excellent weekday street food market even closer. Three pubs within a 2 minute walk. Sainsburies local 2 minutes away, larger Lidl 10 minute walk away.

2 male flatmates. We're both pretty social, so would want someone up for hanging out, going to the pub etc - but basically pretty relaxed. Interests fairly varied - football, pub quizzes, film, basketball, books etc.
