Lovely Bedroom in Borough available 29 June 2024.

Hello everyone! My lovely flatmate is moving out to find a place of her own and I'm looking for someone to re-sign the lease for this flat located in Borough (lease officially begins 11 July 2024, but you can move in anytime after 29 June.

More about the flat: It's north-facing so it doesn't get a LOT of light, but it's still quite nice and modern. The appliances are mostly new (have been replaced all within the last 1-2 years). It's a 2 bed 2 bath so you'll have your own bathroom right outside the bedroom. The living space is quite big, has room for two desks and the kitchen is a pretty good size. While Borough isn't the most exciting neighborhood in London, it's super easy to get around everywhere in the city and the tube stop for the Northern line is less than a 5 min. walk. The wardrobes in the bedroom have a lot of space (they look small), but hold a bunch of clothing so storage is great and there's room in the flat for you to bring

A little bit about me: I'm 27 and just moved to London from San Francisco last year. I work in tech and usually go into the office most days; however, I do work from home at least 1 day a week so would need to live with someone who is OK with that :). I love living in London and exploring, so I don't hang around at home a lot but would love someone I could chat with when we're both around. I enjoy traveling, comedy, pilates, running, etc. It'd be great to find a flatmate who I could get along with, but who is also cool doing their own thing. I also have friends visit sometimes so would love someone who is accommodating, and happy for you to have the same. Ultimately looking for someone neat, tidy, and chill and preferably female!

** Also important: Bills + council tax are about 150-200 pp.
