Bright double room available in our central London flat, which you will share with three friendly female flatmates. I will be moving out of London soon and looking for someone to take over and sign a new contract with the landlord.

Excellent location with three Underground stations close by:
5-minute walk to Borough station (Northern line), 11-minute walk to Southwark station (Jubilee) and 15 minutes to London Bridge station (Jubilee).
Minutes away from several lovely cafes, shops, and pubs. Borough Market is also only 12 minutes away on foot!

There is a shared lounge, kitchen, bathroom, and a separate toilet. The room comes with a large double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and a standard wardrobe. No smoking allowed inside the flat. No pets allowed.

All bills and rent amount to £925 a month, paid directly to the landlord.
NOTE: Deposit equivalent to 5 weeks rent = £1067.30

The prospective tenant will sign a new 12-month lease with the landlord/letting agency upon moving in.

You will need to be either a full-time professional or full-time student with a guarantor.
