The location is less than 1 minute walk from the Globe Theatre, and within 10 minutes walk to London Bridge, Borough, and Southwark Stations. Less than 5 minutes walk from Borough Market, with an M&S Food, Amazon Fresh, Co-op, Tesco Express, And Sainsbury's local all also within a 5 minute walk (Dangerously close Lol).
The room is South facing with lots of natural light.
Built in Double Floor to Ceiling Wardrobe, and a large Chest of drawers + shelves for storage
Bills are excluded, and I would say that the apartment is very energy efficient, especially with the renovated windows.
There is also a private Park and Football/Basketball court for residents of Sumner Buildings only.
I am posting this advert on behalf of my landlord, whom you would have a signed contract with. The landlord is very accommodating and genuinely one of the best I've had in London (they have only raised the rent once in the last four years). The landlord has owned and rented this property for over 15 years and is very reliable. One of my housemates has been here happily for four years.
Unfortunately I have to leave early but would honestly love to stay. The apartment will be available from 1st August. But if urgent I can vacate prior to this.
