Hi, my name is Alice and I am 28yo girl from Italy. I work in eCommerce at a Media agency in Central London (I’m 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH). I enjoy traveling, music, food, pilates etc. As my flatmate is moving out, I’m looking for a like-minded, social roommate (ideally aged 25 - 32) who also values personal space/me time.
The flat is 2 bed 1 bath located on the 4th floor (with lift) and close to Borough/Elephant & Castle, the Northern/Bakerloo/Jubilee line and the building has a rooftop offering an amazing view of the city. The room comes furnished with bed and plenty of wardrobe space. Washing machine and dishwasher are in the flat, with modern furnishing.
The total rent is £2,050pcm (£1,025 pp) without bills, which are approximately £170pp.
IMPORTANT: You will be taking over my flatmate’s tenancy agreement, with ending date being 9th December 2025.
