En-Suite Room in a Shared 2-bedroom Flat, Borough

My flatmate is moving out of London and the room will be available any time between mid-July and 1st of September.
I'm looking for a professional to share the flat with me.

I'm an Italian professional from Milan working in finance (in Canary Wharf). I'm easygoing, respectful, very tidy, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness, and I'm looking for flatmates who value the same.
I am a calm and friendly person, who enjoys socializing, going to the gym, playing tennis, and going out for drinks or trying new restaurants.

I have a demanding job (working from the office 3/4 days a week), hence I would like to share with a considered person who likes a quiet place to relax after work.

The flat has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (you will have your own bathroom separate from your room). It comes fully furnished and is positioned in a great location (one minute walk from Borough station), with big windows allowing lots of sunlight to rush through. This is a big 2 bedroom flat at 87 square meters + a spacious uncovered Balcony on the 3rd floor.
Concierge on site 8am - 6pm. Small residents' gym is available.

The monthly rent is £1,300. Consider around £250 on top of that for electricity, council tax, wifi, and cleaning every two weeks.
