Room available NOW for 5 weeks in Borough Zone 1

I am subletting my room from July 17 to August 24 (flexible on dates so don't hesitate even if you want it for 3 weeks or only one month). It is a good sized room, equipped with a desk, a chest of drawers, a mirror and a clothes rack. The apartment is located in Zone 1, 4 minutes from Borough station (15 minutes from London Bridge) in a safe area.

The rent for a month will be £1200 all inclusive (so a little more if you want it for the 5 and a half weeks). There is a renovated kitchen, toilet and bathroom to share with another person (30F who works in a hybrid but she rarely leaves her room).

I am ideally looking for someone quiet who will not disturb the quiet of the apartment.

Some requirements:

- Rent to be paid in advance (but we can arrange depending on your situation)
- Professionals ideally, students may be accepted
- No couples
- Someone who will know how to keep the place clean
