Urgent Roommate Needed

Our friend is moving to Australia and we're looking for a replacement from the 20th July. Initial tenency will last for 9 months.

It’s a furnished double bed room. Rent is £775 + bills (which are usually roughly £100 P/M).

It's a three bedroom flat with a great kitchen and lounge and fantastic transport links with Northern (Borough), Jubilee (London Bridge) and Bakerloo (E+C) lines all within a 10/15 min walk.

My housemate and I are both 27 and have been friends since uni and now work jobs in the city.

We go to the gym most evenings and often chill on the living room in the evening with whatever sport is on TV once we’re home.
We’re both pretty social and keep ourselves busy with friends and work.

We want someone that respects the flat and helps keep it clean/contributes to the overall vibes.
