Luxury kingroom for rent 4 weeks only in C.London

I have two rooms for rent from
31/07 To 27/08 👉which is 4 weeks .

- £225 a week per room + £200 deposit ,
Total of : £ 1100 need to be paid 🤝in advance when we ✍️sign the agreement rental contract .📜

- I will send you my photo ID 🪪 and you need to provide yours too .
- contract 📜can be sign online via emails or physical documents up to u .

- I will send you a video for the room and the flat

- 🏠the flat has 3 rooms ( one you will live in , and the others are rented for other people till 27/08 too )

- 🫲check in 31/07 onward after 11 am 🫱Check out 28/08 before 12pm

- 💰money to be transferred via online banking or cash. I can give you a signed receipt if needed 🧾 ✍️
- 💰deposit will be returned 🔙 in the check out day after checking the flat condition for any damages .
- we have a house pet cat.
Important: no smoking indoors, no alcohol or pork at home.
