We have a fully furnished double room available in our friendly ground-floor flat in Borough.

The flat has 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and a separate toilet. The room comes with good storage and a comfortable double bed, plus there’s an outdoor storage cupboard (great for bikes).

Location-wise, it’s less than a 5-minute walk to Borough station, with Elephant & Castle, Southwark, London Bridge, and Waterloo all within walking distance. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby, and Borough Market and Southbank are about a 15-minute walk away. There’s also a pub on the corner and a small park at the end of the road.

We’re clean, friendly flatmates who enjoy spending time together in the living room.

Rent is £700 pcm (including council tax), with bills around £60 pcm (water, electricity, gas, internet). Deposit is £750.
