Looking for a flatmate for our Borough Flat!

Hello!

We are searching for a flatmate to complete our lovely flat in Borough, SE1.

There are 3 girls living in the house, Eilish and Cindy work full time within the fashion industry and Helena works in the theatre industry! We all work from home/and office and are looking for a female professional with a similar routine to join us!

We have a communal living room/kitchen and 1 bathroom, 1 toilet. We have a chilled house and like to keep things pretty tidy and clean. We love a weekly pub visit which you are welcome to join us on but also very happy sitting in watching a movie!

The person must be able to commit to the 1 year contract which is available from 1st September as we’re not looking for anything short term unfortunately.

Elephant & Castle: 15 min walk
London Bridge: 15 min walk
Borough market: 15 min walk
Lidl: 10 minute walk
Sainsburys local: 3 min walk

This is one of the smaller rooms of the flat so it’s a lower rent of £855 excluding bills. The girls with the 2 larger rooms pay more. The flat deposit is approximately one months rent at £855-£900 which we can confirm with you.

Please note the only furniture in the bedroom is the bed and clothes rail. There is a large cupboard on the landing which has a small rail and storage space which would be yours. The bed also has drawers underneath.

Rough bills each per month are:
Council tax band C: £33
Water: £12
Wifi: £10
Gas & Electric: top up meter which is around £10-£20 each month
