The landlord is an extremely decent guy, very responsive and on-top of any issues that crop up.

The rent is £1225 a month, not including bills (which are approx £110 a month) It’s a year-long tenancy with the room available from the 1st of September.

Location: Approx 5 minute walk from Borough Tube station and 10 minute walk from London Bridge Tube Station. Extremely well connected by buses as well. Borough Market is a stone’s throw and both Tesco and Sainsbury are a 5 minute walk. Loads of great pubs, shops and brunch spots within walking distance! This makes it ideal for a professional working in the city.

Housemate: You will be living with one female professional working in law. I am quiet and easy-going. I love occasional hang-outs in the kitchen, the odd meal cooked together, and going out to pubs/ restaurants. Bonus points if you love visiting museums/ parks or reading books. I was very good friends with the previous tenant (recently moved in with their partner) and would love to live with someone I can be friends with. I love cooking for my flatmates, and I generally take care of all the cleaning myself (happy to continue that trend).
