**Note: We're looking to arrange viewings in the first week of October (probably Wednesday 2nd to start with).

Our housemate Alex is moving back home up North and a double room in our 19th century Georgian period terrace is available from 1st November (or potentially earlier, subject to negotiation!).

It’s a fantastic 4 storey house, featuring a modern kitchen, communal living and dining room, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a separate toilet as well as a private garden and access to a communal garden square at the front. The bedroom available is on the top floor, which you have to yourself; with your own bathroom and plenty of storage.

We're located on a quiet square with no through traffic so there is very little noise during the day (if working from home) and at night (except the occasional fox). The area is also often the location for period drama film sets and TV series including Luther, Trigger Point and Christopher Robin.

Despite its quiet, residential location, it’s very central within walking distance to Borough (Northern) Elephant and Castle (Bakerloo) and London Bridge (Jubilee) Tube lines. There’s several great local pubs and Bermondsey Street with great restaurants, coffee and galleries within close walking distance.

Tom and Hamish are the current housemates. Tom is Aussie, gay, loves cooking and works in tech. Hamish is also Aussie, loves sport, burritos and works doing something in audit.

We are looking for a likeminded working professional to take the room, whether full time or as a Monday-Friday rental. We're generally low key during the working week, but do enjoy the occasional pub quiz or mid-week pints. We usually save going out-out / dinner parties etc for the weekends.

Bills are not included in the monthly rent which come to about £200 a month, including a cleaner once a fortnight.

The room is technically unfurnished (apart from the wardrobe which is attached to the wall) but Alex (who's moving home) is happy to negotiate what furniture you might want etc., if that’s of interest.

We'd love to hear from you if you can tell us a bit about yourself etc and we will need to notify the managing agent by the end of October to allow them time to make the necessary changes to the lease.
