Stunning Double Room with Juliet Balcony

Our lovely flatmate of 3 years is leaving and we’re looking for someone to join our new lease which will start in November! Available to move in 7th October (can be flexible).

The room is very spacious and fully furnished with a high bed so there’s more room for storage underneath. The flat itself is fairly small though and we don’t have a living room sadly :/ with all its quirks it’s a really lovely place to live and ideal area (less that 10min walk to London Bridge and 6mins to Borough station with lots of bus routes close by.

There is a communal area we’re planning on sprucing up a bit in the hall (like a large square space) that we often socialise in and is cosy. New washing machine installed recently and boiler due to be replaced soon.

The rent is currently £500 and will be this price during October but due to go up in November to potentially £733 - yikes! I know but we’re negotiating with them as we speak!

You will be living with two women (26 & 34). We’re both really lovely creative gals who work in Marketing and Tech and have hybrid at home/office working hours. We’d love for the new flatmate to match our vibe and not be a stranger living in the flat! We sometimes go out for drinks, theatre, comedy shows etc. and occasionally have the odd friend over for dinner and whatnot! We’re also clean people and have a weekly rotation which seems to be working well yay!

Bills come to around £100 a month, including wifi, gas/lecky, Thames water and council tax.
