Double bedroom in beautiful Zone 1 Borough square

I’m moving out of my lovely house share and am looking for someone to take over my double room. The house is in a beautiful leafy square, with both a large garden and separate communal garden out front.

The room is on the third floor which has one other bedroom - you’d be sharing the bathroom with one other housemate. The house has a separate living room, dining room and kitchen, all fully furnished and with a lot of storage space.

The rent also includes exclusive use of an additional study/storage room on the top floor.

Bills cover all the usual utilities, internet etc., as well as communal cleaning products (washing machine pods etc) and a bi-weekly cleaner.

You’ll be joining three lovely girls aged between 29-31. We’re all independent and have busy lives but love watching a good Netflix series together and going to the local pub. We’re all clean and respectful of noise etc.

The house is within walking distance to the City, a 6 minute walk to Borough station, and a 12 minute walk to London Bridge.

The room is available from 23rd November. The tenancy is long term - it is a three year lease with yearly break clauses. Next break clause is in September 2025, after which you could stay on subject to current housemates’ plans, and/or finding other housemates.
