SUBLET: Large room in Borough (Dec-Jan)

I'm subletting my fully-furnished room for DECEMBER 11 - JANUARY 15.

The room is a master bedroom in a modern two-bedroom flat, with a large shared kitchen/living room, a shared bathroom, and a balcony. It's in Zone 1, near Borough, Southwark, and Elephant & Castle stations.

LOCATION:

- Borough station — 5 mins walk
- Elephant & Castle station — 7 mins walk
- Southwark station — 7 mins walk
- Waterloo station — 10 mins walk
- Blackfriars station (South Bank side) — 12 mins walk
- London Bridge station — 12 mins walk

Many buses nearby. Several supermarkets: Co-Op right in the building, Tesco Express (1 min), big Sainsbury's (5 min), several Asian supermarkets (8 min).

THE FLAT:
The flat is on the 2nd floor of a new modern building with a lift. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom, one living room/kitchen, and a balcony.

The flat is fully furnished, with a fridge, a freezer, a microwave, an oven, a stove, an air fryer, a blender, kitchen utencils, and dinnerware. The flat also has a WASHING MACHINE/DRYER — so you can do laundry in the flat.

The building has bike parking but no car parking.

THE ROOM:
Your room is a large master bedroom, fully furnished, with bed sheets provided. There are two large wardrobes, two cabinets, a foldable desk, chairs, and black-out curtains for nice sleep. You get a view of The Shard from the window.

FLATMATE:
Your flatmate is a 32-year-old British male software engineer. He's a super friendly and considerate guy who is always happy to get a pint with you. He works in the office every weekday. So you'll have the flat to yourself on weekdays daytime.
