SUBLET: Double room in Borough/Southwark (Dec-Jan)

I'm subletting my room for one month, during 10 DECEMBER - 9 JANUARY. The room is a master bedroom in a new modern flat, shared with one other person. It's in a perfect location near Borough, Southwark, and Elephant & Castle.

LOCATION:
The flat is in Zone 1, near Borough, Southwark, and Elephant & Castle stations. Also short walk to Waterloo, London Bridge, and Blackfriars. Lots of buses near the building.

- Borough station — 5 mins walk
- Elephant & Castle station — 7 mins walk
- Southwark station — 7 mins walk
- Waterloo station — 10 mins walk
- Blackfriars station (South Bank side) — 12 mins walk
- London Bridge station — 12 mins walk

Lots of supermarkets near the building. There's a Co-op right below the building. A Tesco Express is one minute walk away. There are a big Sainsbury's and several Asian supermarkets around Elephant & Castle station.

THE FLAT:
The flat is on the 2nd floor of a new modern building with a lift. The flat has two bedrooms, one bathroom, one living room/kitchen, and a balcony. Your room will be the master bedroom (see floor plan). Both your room and the living room get plenty of sun light. You also get a nice view of The Shard from the balcony and your room's windows.

The flat is fully furnished, with a fridge, a freezer, a microwave, oven & stove, an air fryer, a blender, kitchen utencils, and dinnerware. The flat also has a washing machine/dryer — so you can do laundry in the flat.

The building has bike parking but NO CAR PARKING.

THE ROOM:
Your room is a large master bedroom. It is fully furnished, with bed sheets provided. There are two large wardrobes, two cabinets, a foldable desk, chairs, and black-out curtains for nice sleep.

FLATMATE:
Your flatmate is a 32-year-old British male software engineer. He's a super friendly and considerate guy who is always happy to get a pint with you. He works in the office every weekday. So you'll have the flat to yourself during the day. He may also be away for holidays during parts of December.
