We're sadly moving our of our gorgeous London Bridge/Borough flat at the end of this month, and we're looking for someone to take over our lease until the end of our tenancy in September 2025.
We're a 5-10 minute walk from Borough and London Bridge stations, and only a few minutes from everything Bermondsey Street has to offer (think pubs, restaurants, borough market, etc).
There's a Pure Gym and plenty of supermarkets just around the corner, so you really have everything you need.

The flat has three bedrooms, and one bathroom, with a shared open plan kitchen and living area, and comes fully furnished.
The total rent is 2750gbp, and can be split whatever way you'd like between the rooms (we've just listed the rooms based on our current split).
The tenancy runs until the 1st of September 2025 — with the option to renew if you'd like! It's a lovely private landlord, so you won't need to go through the agency vetting process.
The flat will be available from the 31st of November, possibly earlier!
