Largely unfurnished flat (only contains 1 wardrobe, 1 chest of drawers, two shoe cabinets). Can discuss furnishing if desired but would have to be reflected in the rent.

Me and my wife used to live in the flat until recently, so know the place well. Looking for tenants for the two rooms, who will treat the flat well and be good neighbours to the rest of the block.
