I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy, which runs until 31st July 2025. Ideally, I am looking for a female tenant. The flat is split across two floors, with the available room located on the bottom floor. The room comes with its own private bathroom for added convenience. The flat also has a shared kitchen and living room, both situated on the bottom floor, making it a great space for cooking, relaxing, or socialising.

There is one other tenant currently living in the flat. They are friendly and respectful, so a flatmate who is clean, considerate, and easygoing would be a great fit. The flat is well-maintained, and the location is convenient and located near London bridge

The council tax band for this flat is band F however if you are a student there is a full exemption. The electricity and gas bill is around £55 per person and comes out monthly on a direct debit. The wifi is £15 pp monthly.
